SERVICE AGREEMENT

By proceeding with payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. CONTENT & COLLABORATION REQUIREMENTS

-We will create your book entirely from scratch based on recorded interviews, strategy sessions, and collaborative input. No pre-written content is required.

-You must be available for all scheduled interviews and provide timely feedback throughout the process.

-Your input during the strategy session is essential to ensure the final manuscript reflects your voice, message, and goals.

-You are responsible for reviewing and approving the manuscript within the revision windows provided.

-Any additional materials you provide (images, brand assets, etc.) must be high-resolution and fully licensed for use.

-Your final approval confirms that the manuscript accurately represents your expertise and message.

2. PROJECT TIMELINE
-The project begins once your onboarding questionnaire is submitted and your initial strategy session is booked.

-The standard delivery timeline is 8–10 weeks, depending on responsiveness and project scope.

-Delays in availability, interview scheduling, or revision feedback may extend the timeline.

-Three rounds of revisions are included for the manuscript and book design (cover and interior). Additional revisions may incur additional fees.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RIGHTS
-You retain 100% ownership of your book’s content and publishing rights.

-You confirm that any supplemental materials (such as personal stories, quotes, or assets you provide) are original or properly licensed.

-All final design and publishing files become your property upon project completion.

4. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
-The full service fee is non-refundable once work has begun.

-If you request additional services or revisions beyond what’s included in this package, they will be quoted and billed separately.

-Accelerated delivery timelines are dependent on your responsiveness; delays in feedback may void any delivery guarantees.

5. FILE DELIVERY
-Final deliverables will include your completed manuscript, formatted interior (PDF for print), eBook file (EPUB), and a professionally designed book cover.

-You are responsible for creating and managing your own publishing accounts (e.g., Amazon KDP).

-A step-by-step Amazon upload guide is included. Technical support beyond that guide is not included in this service.
