SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. CONTENT & COLLABORATION REQUIREMENTS
-We will develop your book using the materials you provide (e.g., webinars, blog posts, courses, speeches, podcast transcripts, etc.) and collaborative input.

-You are responsible for submitting clear, organized content and participating in the 1:1 strategy session to guide structure and voice.

We use a combination of AI-powered support and human editorial expertise to produce a high-quality manuscript that reflects your unique voice and message.

-You must be available for feedback and revision approvals within the agreed-upon timeline.

-Your final manuscript approval confirms that the content accurately represents your expertise and brand.

-Any additional materials you provide (images, brand assets, etc.) must be high-resolution and fully licensed for use.

2. PROJECT TIMELINE
-The service begins once we receive your completed onboarding questionnaire and schedule your strategy session.

-The standard project timeline is 6 weeks.

-Delays in providing content, interview availability, or revision feedback may extend the timeline.

-Three rounds of revisions are included for both the manuscript and book design (cover and interior). Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

-If you’ve selected the Fast Track upgrade, turnaround is 4 weeks and requires your feedback within 24 hours at each review stage to maintain the accelerated timeline.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RIGHTS
-You retain 100% ownership of your book’s content and publishing rights.

-You confirm that any supplemental materials you submit (images, frameworks, content, etc.) are original or properly licensed.

-All final files created during the process—formatted manuscript, cover design, and publishing files—become your property upon project completion.

4. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
-The full service fee is non-refundable once work has begun.

-Additional revision requests beyond the included rounds will require a separate quote and agreement.

-Fast Track turnaround is only guaranteed with timely responses (within 24 hours) to all review materials and communication.

5. FILE DELIVERY
-Final files will be delivered in standard formats for print and ebook distribution (PDF for print, EPUB for ebook).

-You are responsible for creating and managing your own publishing accounts (e.g., Amazon KDP).

-We provide a detailed upload guide to walk you through the self-publishing process. Technical support is limited to the scope of that guide.
