By proceeding with payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. MANUSCRIPT REQUIREMENTS
- Your manuscript must be complete, edited, and submitted in Microsoft Word or Google Docs format
- Any images you provide must be high resolution and you must have rights to use them
- You are responsible for the accuracy and content of your manuscript

2. PROJECT TIMELINE
- The 10-day rush service begins once we receive your completed manuscript and onboarding questionnaire
- Delays in providing feedback or requested materials may extend the project timeline
- Three rounds of revisions are included for both interior and cover design

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RIGHTS
- You retain 100% ownership of your book's content and rights
- You warrant that your work is original and doesn't infringe on any copyrights
- All professional files created during the publishing process become your property upon project completion

4. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
- The agreed service fee is non-refundable once work has begun
- Additional revision requests beyond the included round may incur extra charges
- Rush service timeline is guaranteed only if you provide timely feedback within 24 hours of receipt

5. FILE DELIVERY
- Final files will be delivered in standard formats for print and ebook publishing
- You are responsible for creating your own retail platform accounts (Amazon KDP, etc.)
- Technical support for file upload is limited to our provided guide
